Builder Highlight: DR Horton – Celebrating 20 Years

Known as “America’s Builder”, DR Horton’s legacy in the home building industry has spanned over four decades and we are proud to celebrate 20 years of partnering with them in the Southern California marketplace. As America’s largest builder they have delivered over 810,000 homes across the nation. TWR is grateful to be a part of that growing number starting in 2001 with the Hawthorne Project in Rancho Cucamonga. This project set the wheels in motion and since that time we have collaborated on over 46 separate projects, with over 3600 units built to date.

46 separate projects, with over 3600 units built to date

Currently we have close to 10 projects in process across Southern California–from Laurel Creek, in Vista to Augusta at Fairview canyon in Beaumont, and the Juniper project in Victorville. We continue to strive for excellence in all that we do and deliver to DR Horton each and every project. Both TWR and DR Horton share the same principle of, “the customer is always first”, this shared philosophy continues to make us a good match in all of our collaborations. Cheers to two more decades of shared success!

Builder Highlight – Pacific Communities

Pacific Communities has been building dream homes for Californians since 1991. TWR began a partnership with Pacific Communities a little over a year ago now to build dynamic and beautiful homes in Southern California. In that time we have worked on 6 different projects including Pacific Galleria in the city of Menifee and most recently added Pacific Avenue in the city of Perris. Our team of field and office staff enjoy working with the team at Pacific Communities and we look forward to working together for many years to come. As with all of our clients, in our continued partnerships we commit to maintaining our signature quality, value, and integrity in all future projects.

We aren’t the only ones who like our employees!

TWR recently received a letter from GFR Homes complimenting TWR on our work on a recent project. We wanted to share a little bit of the letter and say thank you for the feedback.

Your team of laborers and supervisors in the field, as well as your back office staff, have displayed such professionalism and the highest quality of care while building this beautiful community of ours. They are a great group of people that we would like to continue working with for yours to come.

– Felizardo Robles Jr

We look forward to continuing to work with everyone at GFR Homes and providing the same level of professionalism, quality, and value.

TWR celebrates 35 years in Business

This year marks 35 years in business for TWR and we can’t stop celebrating! We’ve all weathered some tremendous ups and downs throughout that time and we’re extremely appreciative of our partners and team members that have helped us get where we are today. TWR is built upon dedication, teamwork, and of course – the commitment to excellence and will to succeed. Thank you all for your continued business and friendship over the past 35 years, we look forward to many more together!

BIS is on its way!

The 2019 BIS conference, taking place at Pechanga October 23-24, is rapidly approaching. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone golfing, walking the show floor and dancing the night away at the after-party. We had so much fun sponsoring last year’s party, we decided to have another go at it this year! Be on the lookout for our team and come say hello if you see us.

Customer Service Van Makeover

If you follow us on Social Media, you’ll have seen that our Customer Service van has been updated with a new look. Refreshed and ready to get to work, our van will carry our Customer Aftercare department to project sites in order to ensure our customers continued satisfaction. We see our van as the physical symbol of our dedication to our clients through our Customer Aftercare Department. Keep your eyes open to see it zipping across Southern California!

When there’s rain, we train

As swaths of rain have continued to drench Southern California, we’ve been met with the challenge of what to do when construction can’t take place. Our solution? Have all of our Foremen undergo their annual safety and equipment trainings to ensure that we’re ahead of our own high safety standards. In addition to keeping up to date with best practices, getting all of the foremen in one room allows for cross-pollination of tactics they’ve used to overcome obstacles in the field that could be helpful on another foreman’s job. Success for one is success for all and we want to make sure we’re doing everything we can to make that happen.

Builder Highlight – Van Daele

We have been working with Van Daele Homes for fifteen years and our proactive partnership is the foundation of our professional relationship. Van Daele stresses the importance of building quality homes while communicating with home buyers every step of the way. As we work with Van Daele to build those homes, we are in constant communication to ensure that both parties keep abreast of the latest developments on the project. From continuous attention to detail, to ensuring customer satisfaction for years to come, we think that TWR and Van Daele’s shared values have proven a dominant factor in our success together.
