Once again, TWR Framing is proud to sponsor the flagship event at BIS. This night will prove to be the must come event at BIS as it is hosted on the USS Midway museum in the San Diego harbor. Highlights include a dinner program, live entertainment, three fantastic keynote speakers and a fireworks finish. We look forward to seeing you there!
Taylor Morrison is one of the largest home building companies in the United States. The company formed when Taylor Woodrow and Morrison Homes joined forces in July 2007. TWR’s partnership with William Lyon Homes is what led us to begin working with Taylor Morrison. We were working on some legacy projects for WLH when they were acquired by Taylor Morrison in 2020. Since then we have signed up five new projects with Taylor Morrison directly. Those jobs were: Verbena, Aspen Court, Lyric, Serrano & Viola – we have been in partnership with Taylor Morrison Homes ever since. George Dawald is TWR’s VP of Project management, he works directly with Taylor Morrison. When asked about TWR’s relationship with Taylor Morrison, he says, “We really appreciate the work that Taylor Morrison brings our way, we are grateful for each and every project – we really seem to work well together.” Notably, Dawald says, “I really enjoy working with Mike and Diana in purchasing, they are good people and easy to talk to”. We look forward to working with Taylor Morrison in the future and sharing our united vision of a Commitment to Excellence and a Will to Succeed!

With the start of the new year upon us, TWR Framing is looking forward to celebrating our 40th anniversary. Throughout the upcoming year we will begin highlighting several of the company’s major milestones that have made TWR what they are today. In addition we will celebrate the people, places and things that have helped TWR achieve all of their benchmarks of success. We look forward to this upcoming year and sharing several pieces of TWR’s history.
Another aspect of our business is the maintenance of equipment and machinery that is used daily at TWR jobsites. One group of machinery is our Cut Off Saws which are used at the start of any phase of a project. Recently our warehouse team has spent time refurbishing these saws. New paint, new numbers and tune ups and what a great job!
TWR Framing has been working with Beazer Homes for close to 25 Years. Beazer USA was actually established one year after TWR opened its doors in 1984. However, Beazer’s roots actually go much deeper than that. Beazer homes has a long history from England as far back as the 1600s – There are not many homebuilders that can say that. Over the years we have framed a lot of houses for Beazer and made several great friendships along the way – even after the projects were complete. We continue to partner with Beazer, year after year. We are currently framing two projects for them now, Boulder Creek in Wildomar and Hillcrest @ Overlook in Riverside. Thank you for all of the projects you have sent our way and we appreciate your business!
Recently all our foremen were re-certified in their CPR first aid training. TWR has always been at the forefront of safety practices. Our #1 job is establishing and maintaining a safe environment for all our employees. We consistently conduct safety inspections to locate and correct unsafe working conditions or practices, to control health hazards and to comply fully with the safety and health standards for every job. Weekly safety meetings are held on the jobsite, keeping safety at top of mind for everyone.
Each TWR employee receives training on good safety and health practices. It is in our nature and our professional code to promote and recognize safety consciousness and safety responsibility.
In our project highlight this spring we are featuring the Ventana project from Frontier Communities. Ventana is a 257-unit multi-family project located in North Fontana, just east of the 15 Freeway. TWR has worked with Frontier Communities since 2017. Frontier Communities is based in Southern California and takes pride in building livable and affordable new homes, as well Frontier shares in TWR’s motto of a commitment to excellence in all their home building activities. We appreciate their business and are proud to highlight this project.
