This Brookfield Residential project is an excellent example that affordability and excellence aren’t mutually exclusive. The Bloom project in Ontario is part of the Edenglen Community and boasts 108 multi-family attached homes. It has a total of 18-5, 6, & 7 plex two story buildings–the residences have modern townhome floor plans that feature traditional Spanish and Craftsman style architecture. We are pleased to have worked with Brookfield on this project.
