At TWR, Safety is Job #1

Recently all our foremen were re-certified in their CPR first aid training. TWR has always been at the forefront of safety practices. Our #1 job is establishing and maintaining a safe environment for all our employees. We consistently conduct safety inspections to locate and correct unsafe working conditions or practices, to control health hazards and to comply fully with the safety and health standards for every job. Weekly safety meetings are held on the jobsite, keeping safety at top of mind for everyone.

Each TWR employee receives training on good safety and health practices. It is in our nature and our professional code to promote and recognize safety consciousness and safety responsibility.

Same team, Same Company, Big Milestones!

Celebrating 25 and 30 years is a big deal at any company and this year, 2023, in January and February TWR had four employees reach these milestones. We like to think it shows that TWR is just as strong as ever and it is the people that make that happen. The dedication they bring to our customers and their commitment to the mission of TWR and in their jobs every day. We celebrate these significant anniversaries at TWR, 30 years for both Debbie Dieter and Tim Farnell (pictured at left) and Yesenia Salazar and Roy Loaisiga (Pictured at right) are sharing their anniversary of 25 years with TWR.  Congratulations and thank you for your continued dedication to the company.
