Taylor Morrison is one of the largest home building companies in the United States. The company formed when Taylor Woodrow and Morrison Homes joined forces in July 2007. TWR’s partnership with William Lyon Homes is what led us to begin working with Taylor Morrison. We were working on some legacy projects for WLH when they were acquired by Taylor Morrison in 2020. Since then we have signed up five new projects with Taylor Morrison directly. Those jobs were: Verbena, Aspen Court, Lyric, Serrano & Viola – we have been in partnership with Taylor Morrison Homes ever since. George Dawald is TWR’s VP of Project management, he works directly with Taylor Morrison. When asked about TWR’s relationship with Taylor Morrison, he says, “We really appreciate the work that Taylor Morrison brings our way, we are grateful for each and every project – we really seem to work well together.” Notably, Dawald says, “I really enjoy working with Mike and Diana in purchasing, they are good people and easy to talk to”.
