We are pleased to bring you an extra special project highlight this month. TWR framing has teamed up with Woodside homes to produce this very unique project: Shawood at Sommers Bend in Temecula. This product utilizes several building techniques that are outside the traditional wood framed home building process. The design of these homes employs a particular type of post and beam construction, with the addition of stainless steel pin insertion at main joints. This job sets the tone for for the future of homebuilding with the inclusion of new technologies, sustainable design and increased safety for homeowners in Southern California.
